Terms of use and disclaimer

1. Scope

EMVStudio is laboratory software for research, training, and lab personalization of test EMV applications: issuing a test application onto a white or test card, and observing transactions on a controlled reader.

2. Prohibited use

• Copying, cloning, or forging real bank, debit, credit, or other payment cards.
• Using production cardholder data, production keys, production certificates, or production BINs.
• Fraud, unauthorized transactions, or any attempt to bypass issuer or acquirer controls.

This product cannot clone real bank cards. Cloning real bank cards is illegal and is not supported.

3. Your responsibility

You warrant that you will use the software only in a lawfully authorized laboratory, with test AIDs, test BINs, and laboratory keys. You and your organization are responsible for all activity on the account. We may terminate the license immediately without refund for abuse, and may report unlawful use.

4. License

A paid license stays in effect until we revoke it. The client cannot declare itself paid. Protected features require a live session with the service.

5. Official software and counterfeit sites

Download only from https://www.emvstudio.com. Do not use cracked or unknown copies — they can infect this computer or destroy data. Any .org site is counterfeit; do not pay it.

6. Disclaimer

The software is provided as-is. We do not warrant a specific certification, scheme approval, or commercial issuance result. Training and custom projects are governed by a separate written agreement and are not included in the standard license unless that agreement says so.
